In business, establishing trust can be difficult. Building successful partnerships requires maintaining a climate in which the parties know the limits of reliability and are sure that those limits will be honored. Levels of trust are more critical as interdependency increases. The Ability to Trust is one of the Six Partnering Attributes.
If your partnership's current level of Ability to Trust is less than that required to meet your needs, you and your partner must enhance the Ability to Trust. Neither of you can do this alone; it is a joint effort. The 10 C's of Trust are one component of our training programs. Best when used by all members of a team or partnership, the 10 Categories point to areas of mistrust: Commitment to Agreements Competence Contribution Credibility Collaboration Commitment to Relationship Candor Consistency Compassion Communication The 10 categories of trust are measured in the Ability to Trust Online Assessment.
