Currently, two of our programs are designed for certification. Upon completion of these programs, participants are certified to use our proprietary materials to help their organizations improve various aspects of their Partnering Intelligence. 1. Building Smart Partners Certification Program is an enhanced version of our three-day foundation course. This version leads to certification that attendees not only possess a working knowledge of the Partnership Continuum Model and the Six Partnering Attributes but can also provide their organizations with skills to build successful, sustainable internal and external alliances. 2. Partnering Quotient Assessment Certification Program. This program provides participants with the knowledge and skills to administer the PQ Assessment; conduct individual and team analysis of the results; and use the results as the basis for an employee, team, or organization development plan.
